No error codes have ever popped up to help point to the problem. I will contact Desktop support tomorrow and hopefully get up and running. I do not want to call tech support ever but at this point in the year no way! I think I wound up taking a screen shot of the F2 screen, uninstalling quickbooks, reinstalling quickbooks, and restarting the computer.

I ended up doing a Live Chat with QB support. After running through multiple fixes, I ended up having to Uninstall QB and reinstall it with tech support. Luckily I didn’t lose any data and I haven’t had any issues since. I understand how utterly frustrating it is. Good luck!
