Thanks for your feedback. I created a new Outlook profile, with just a single account, and all add-ons disabled, the issue still occurs. The safe mode can help exclude the issue is related to the Com Add-ins in the Office program. Since the safe mode works, the issue is caused by the Com Add-in in Outlook client.
