The plot of One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 revolves around pirates going in search of an ancient treasure that has been hidden on Raftel Island. Munky Luffy is the leader of the sea robbers and together with his team goes on an exciting journey with many challenges along the way.
The main character has a rubber face, which he can inflate like a balloon and attack enemies, throwing them away.
